Tónskáldið segir um verk sitt "Flow and Fusion: 'Eitt af því sem ég hafði í huga þegar ég skrifaði Flow and Fusion voru ólíkir taumar flæðandi glóðheitrar bergkviku sem sameinuðust í einni iðandi hraunkvoðu, sem storknaði svo, varð að kletti … og endurómaði“.
The composer writes: “One of the images I had in mind while writing Flow and Fusion were different streams of glowing hot magma coming together in one surging lava-flow which cools down, becomes a rock…and echoes”.
